Kia-ora Farm & Gardens comprises of nearly 15 acres of extensively planted gardens and lakes, set in beautiful countryside situated in the heart of Devon with easy access from the M5. The gardens are open to the public in conjunction with The National Garden Scheme on a regular basis throughout the summer season, or alternatively can be booked for private functions, parties, weddings or indeed any occasion. Kia-ora Farm & Gardens prides itself on its uniqueness and individuality, an absolute must to visit with surprises around every corner, and no afternoon would be complete without sitting back and relaxing, enjoying a real homemade traditional Devonshire Cream Tea! Kia-ora Farm & Gardens have been developed over a period of time from one lady’s hobby and turned into a full time occupation. Mary has developed and landscaped a wild abandoned space, transforming it into the stunning spectacle that is now Kia-ora Farm & Gardens. The extensively planted Gardens create a charming, peaceful setting, with vast lawns, large lakes, ponds, bog gardens and various water features including its own waterwheel and mill, a paradise for swans, ducks, geese and endless other natural wildlife. Mary’s passion and drive has led her imagination to design a Garden full of individual character.
